What Drives Us

Cultural
Pillars

Six principles that define how we show up for each other and for the communities we serve.

Competition & Compassion

Competition & Compassion

We remain agile in a shifting landscape, turning rapid change into an operational advantage — while never losing sight of the human impact behind every campaign. We compete to win, but we lead with care.

Personal Development

Personal Development

We invest in the whole person. Every training, every conversation, every stretch assignment is designed to help our people grow beyond what they believed was possible for themselves.

Accountability

Accountability

We own our outcomes — the wins and the losses equally. A culture of accountability means no blame, no excuses, just honest reflection and a relentless push to do better the next time.

Community First

Community First

Before we are a business, we are part of the communities we serve. That responsibility shapes every decision we make and every relationship we build — from the first conversation to the last.

Relentless Growth

Relentless Growth

Comfortable is the enemy of greatness. We push each other to raise the standard continuously — for our clients, our non-profit partners, and ourselves. Standing still is never an option here.

Transparent Leadership

Transparent Leadership

Leadership here means visibility. Our best leaders coach openly, share what they know freely, and build environments where everyone around them can succeed — not just the people at the top.

Part of Something Bigger

Making the World
a Little More
Connected.

GLO Wisconsin is one branch in a growing family of face-to-face marketing companies — each independently run, each serving its own local nonprofits, all sharing the same training model and the same standards. We didn't invent this approach from scratch. We learned it, then made it ours.

Travel between branches is a real part of the culture here — a flagship conference, time training alongside a sister branch, seeing firsthand how another market runs its playbook. The best ideas move faster when the whole network is in the room together.

Staying Grounded

Brainfood.

This isn't a perk we advertise — it's how we keep the team pointed at the actual work. Regular time together to talk through what's working in the field, what a partner's mission really needs, and how to represent a cause honestly instead of just efficiently.

The better we understand the cause, the better we represent it.
01

Team Conversations

Time set aside, regularly, to talk through what's actually happening in the field — what's landing with donors, what isn't, and what a partner organization needs us to understand better about their mission.

02

Learning the Cause

Before a rep represents a nonprofit, they need to actually understand it — not a script, the real thing. We build that in deliberately, so every conversation with a donor comes from real knowledge, not a pitch.

The Core Truth

Only PeopleCan HelpPeople.

No algorithm closes the gap between a donor and a cause. No automation replaces the moment when someone looks you in the eye and decides to believe in something bigger than themselves.

At Great Lakes Outreach, we are in the business of human connection — and that means everything starts with investing in extraordinary people. People who show up, who give everything, and who understand that their work genuinely changes lives.

If you believe that real change happens face-to-face, you belong here.
